TalentED connects youth aged 18–24 who have a high school diploma with real industry experience offered by local businesses and non-profit organizations across the Greater Calgary area. Through short-term paid and unpaid opportunities, youth can build job-ready skills, gain hands-on experience in workplace settings, and take the first step toward their careers. No experience, training, or skills needed. And while youth get the big break they need, employers get access to talent that contribute fresh ideas and grow the future workforce.

Placement timelines range depending on the project or role. We’re open to discussing placement length based on your current needs to see what fits best.
